Staff was helpful and room was very clean. Loved dainties at Cafe Lorentz & Wine, it was extremely close to the hotel: D
-
The location is excellent, on a side street about halfway between the old town in the north and the palace-park in the south. The rooms are in an older apartment building with high ceilings and very nice old furniture. Friendly, competent young people on the staff.
Usual caveats of an older building re fire exits, reliable hot water, etc.

B&B Boutique is in a great quiet location, at the end of the Royal Mile, a straight road that leads too the Old Town and other sites. The staff are efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly and the owner, Jarek is very nice and makes an effort to talk to everyone and make people feel included round the breakfast table. The communal breakfasts are brilliant - lots of choice, fresh and everything is continually topped up. I stayed in an apartment which is in a block round the corner. It was clean, comfortable, large and generally a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended place.
There reception and breakfast room is 2 floors up and the lift starts at the second floor so if you can't walk the stairs you'll have problems. The lift is also tiny but none of this is the B&B's fault and they can't do anything about it.

The staff was great! Helpfull and friendly and they spoke very good english. The location was good, central. Shops and restaurants just couple of minutes away. I also liked the aparment like feeling. It was like going home and not to the hotel.
-
A great find with wonderful friendly staff and suited to travellers who don't want to stay in faceless chain hotels. Breakfast at the communal table was a wonderful experience and the food was excellent.
-
Staff was extremely helpful, especially with regard to getting us off the the airport at 4 A.M.yesterday. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. The woman who admitted us recommended two especially good restaurants, Pierrogena and Zapiecek. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend b & b Boutique to friends. Thanks!....Paul Hunker

The central location just around the corner from the Main Square was ideal for our visit. It's about a 15-minute walk from the station and safe. Breakfast is superb. We liked the Studio a lot and then, during our return visit, we stayed in apt. #3 a lot, which we liked a lot.
The several flights of stairs are problematic for some elderly people and those recovering from an accident such as a knee injury (like my wife who sprained her knee before the beginning of our trip). For the rest of us, the stairs are no problem, and they provide good exercise.

The staff tried to be helpful and the owner was charming and very interesting. They held concerts and readings that appeared to be interesting. The rooms were big and spacious. Internet on a single laptop was available and phone service on the office phone was good.
No telephone in room. No parking except on the street (if you could find it) Very shady and undesireable drunks rang doorbells. Breakfast was meager by American standards. Problems with the sewer generated unwanted odors in the bathroom. No kitchen towels, paper or otherwise. Bath towels were like sandpaper.

The location is great, right in the city center. There are so many shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.
There was a strange stain on my sheets. It was disgusting.
-
Very little - misleading advert, there are 2 starkly different rooms on Offer, and this is not mentioned !!
Very poor quality, communist era 11th floor apartment in low grade block - not what the B&B Boutique presents on website !!
-
Room was great...11th floor...incredible view of warsaw...very warm...it had all the necessary appliances like a hair dryer and a boiler..it even had a little stove and a small iron for our shirts! The staff were very polite and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very friendly, almost family-like!
At first we couldnt find the entrance of the hotel mainly because there was no sign of the hotel being present...yet after looking at the doorbell everything was sorted out..Another thing is that the actual room were we stayed wasnt on the premises of the main campus so we had to walk for 3min every morning for breakfast..Btw the breakfast was a bit poor...nothing fancy..just the necessary things..also our room didnt have wifi yet the hotel supplied us with an USB mobile broadband stick so that was sorted out...
-
The service was outstanding. The comfort and hospitality was very kind and made us feel very safe.
I felt breakfast was slightly small
-
Relaxed atmosphere, yet feels like your own apartment...great location.
Internet didn't work, so I left a day early as needed access. Breakfast varies - 2nd day no eggs or muesli.
-
The location was great as it's only 5 minutes walk away by bus. Paul (who's in the reception) was so kind and greeted us warmly during our arrival.
There was a smell in the bathroom.
